Extra Cheesy Tater Tot Casserole


1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced 
1 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
4 ounces sour cream
1 can sweet yellow corn
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups Colby cheese, shredded
1 30 oz bag tater tots


In a large skillet on medium heat, cook the onion and bell pepper until tender. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Crumble the ground beef in the skillet and cook until browned. Drain off any excess fat. Stir in all soups, milk and sour cream. Add corn, beans and 1 cups of each cheese and stir to incorporate.

Butter a 9  X 13 casserole or baking dish. Line the bottom of the baking dish with tater tots. Next, add the ground beef mixture mixture and then top with the remaining tots and cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
