Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
4 ounces sour cream
1 can sweet yellow corn
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups Colby cheese, shredded
1 30 oz bag tater tots
Directions:
In a large skillet on medium heat, cook the onion and bell pepper until tender. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Crumble the ground beef in the skillet and cook until browned. Drain off any excess fat. Stir in all soups, milk and sour cream. Add corn, beans and 1 cups of each cheese and stir to incorporate.
