Pork and Zucchini Hash with Fried Egg

serves 2
Olive oil 
1 pork chop, diced
1 small zucchini, diced
1/4 small onion, diced 
1/4 cup red and green bell peppers, diced 
2 to 4 Eggs

Add a tablespoon of oil to a skillet on medium high heat. Fry pork until almost done. Add in all vegetables and cook until tender. Remove hash from pan and plate. Fry eggs and add to the top of hash. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
