Shrimp Avocado Salad Sandwich with Sprouts



Ingredients: 
1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled, veined and chopped 
1/4 small sweet red onion, minced 
1/4 sweet red bell pepper, diced 
1 tablespoon capers, minced 
1 teaspoon dill weed 
1 teaspoon old bay 
5 tablespoons good mayonnaise, or to taste 
2 avocados, cubed Salt and pepper to taste 
A nice handful sprouts, your favorite (I used Alfalfa Sprouts) 
Tomato 

Extra sourdough bread or croissants 

Directions: 
Toss together first 7 ingredients. Add avocado and mix in gingerly, so not to smash it. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Build your sandwich: Add sprouts to bread. Add salad. Add tomato. Add top Serve with pickles and chips. 
EAT. Love. Enjoy!
