Three Cheese Jalapeno Pimento Cheese

Add Bacon? Bread? Or down the center of celery...This Southern favorite will soon be your favorite too.  What's not to like? Threes cheeses, Bacon and jalapenos. This had me at cheese and kept me with bacon. I can't tell you. You just have to try it. Come on. You know you want to...come on...a little closer..AHa, what did I tell you? Now that you know you love it, go get all the ingredients. Hurry! Your tummy will be so happy---

Ingredients:
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Monterrey Jack, shredded
1 8 ounce brick cream cheese, softened
4 to 6 ounces pimentos, diced
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon  garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
a few shakes of hot sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
15 rings of pickles jalapeno or to taste, diced. Or leave whole at the side if you're not sure of the heat.

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until needed.

Serving suggestions: For great sandwiches, top with bacon and lettuce. Spread on celery for classic southern appetizers or Ritz crackers for a delicious snack.
