Since breakfast in a stack seems to be all the rage right now. I decided to do my own version. We had them for breakfast this morning and they were out of this world good! You have to try these.
Again, no recipe necessary. Bacon, sausage or ham or no meat : ). Hash browns, tomato, egg, spinach, your favorite cheese. Cook and stack : ).
I used cream cheese and I also used packaged hash browns, which I never do, but I was lazy this morning. You can also add any vegetable, like zucchini, onions, mushrooms, etc. I will use mushrooms next time. You could go vegetarian, Italian or how about a Mexican version. Stacker's are only as limited as your imagination. Have fun making your version.
